Fix Your Knitting Mistakes!

February 10th, 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Every knitter makes mistakes. Dropping stitches. Twisting stitches. You name it, we've all done it. In this class we will learn how to count stitches and rows, and we'll learn to read our knitting. Once you can read your knitting, you will have a much easier time fixing your mistakes.

We will work on common mistake-fixing including tinking, ripping back and getting the stitches back on your needles, picking up dropped stitches and more. You'll also get a cool tool to help you fix mistakes as a bonus! Bring DK or Worsted weight yarn with appropriate sized needles.

Prerequisite: You must be comfortable knitting and purling.

Homework: Cast on 20 stitches using a light color dk or worsted weight yarn, knit 3-4" in stockinette stitch and bring this with you on the needles. Do NOT cast off.

Class will be held at Maker+Stitch, 56 Edwards Village Blvd. Unit 109, Edwards, CO.
