Issaquah Cowl Kit, designed by Michael Vloedman for Blue Sky Fibers.

What a beautiful, soft, substantial cowl this is. And it's simple enough for beginners (we recommend having sone one or two other projects first, as you are holding two yarns together, knitting in the round, and ribbing.)

This cowl kit includes: 5 hanks of yarn, knitting pattern instructions and washable kraft project bag. This unisex ombré cowl combines two great yarns -- Techno and Woolstok -- held together on larger needles, making it a quick knit and a great gift.

MATERIALS -

YARN: Techno (68% Baby Alpaca, 22% Silk, 10% Extra Fine Merino; 50g/120yds): 2 hanks A
Woolstok (Worsted) (100% Fine Highland Wool; 50g/123yds): 1 hank B, 1 hank C, 1 hank D

NEEDLES needed , not included in kit: Size 13 (9mm) 24″ circular needles, or size needed to obtain gauge

OTHER TOOLS needed, not included in kit: Tapestry needle, Stitch marker

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner

GAUGE: In 1×1 rib, 11 sts and 16 rows = 4″ holding one strand Techno and one strand Woolstok (Worsted) together, when blocked
