The days are long and the light is vivid; it's green, cool, and dry; the rivers are high and wild; and the flowers are blooming! We do hope your summer plans include visiting Colorado. We saw these absolutely gorgeous RE:DESIGNED project bags in person at H&H Americas earlier this spring and had to bring them to Maker+Stitch. Pre-orders are open so save yours before we sell out. Liza's particular favorites are the Project 10, 39, and 37 but all are just so useful, well-designed, and stunning. These are the creations of established Danish bag maker RE:DESIGNED. One of their team members is a knitter who suggested they design a line for makers. What a great line of bags they've created. So excited about these!
New Crochet and Knitting Kits
We've brought in and re-stocked a number of kits to make your summer shopping easy. We're thrilled to be carrying local Denver company Flax & Twine. We love this woman-owned line -- their kits are fresh, fun, and modern for both crocheters and knitters. They'd be a special gift for your favorite maker... or treat yourself. We've also restocked the adorable Toft Edward's Menagerie amigurumi kits and the super-fun Urth Uneek Sock kits. Any of these would make great summer travel, beach, or put-in-your-backpack projects.
