Yarn:   Hudson + West Co. Weld (70% US Merino / 30% US Corriedale; 200 yds [183 m]; 1.76 oz. [50g]): For Hat and Mitten set: Version 1: MC raven (black), 2 [2, 3] skeins, CC1 gold leaf (green-yellow), 1 [1, 1] skein, CC2 fawn (natural beige), 1 [1, 1] skein. Version 2: MC fawn (natural beige), 2 [2, 3] skeins, CC1 lake (medium blue), 1 [1, 1] skein, CC2 char- coal (natural black), 1 [1, 1] skein.

Sizes:
Hat: Adult S (M, L): 19 (20, 22)” [48 (51, 55) cm]. Intended ease: 1-2” [2.5-5 cm]. Raven (Version 1) sample shown in size S; Fawn (Version 2) sample shown in size M.
Mittens: Adult S (L): 8 (9.5)” [20 (24) cm] hand circumference. Raven + fawn samples shown in Size S.

Needles: 
Size A (body): US 3 [3.25 mm]: 16” [41 cm] circ, and your preferred needle for small-circumference circular knitting
Size B (ribbing): US 1 [2.25 mm]: 16” [41 cm] circ, and your preferred needle for small-circumference circular knitting
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions:
4 Stitch markers (m); tapestry needle; waste yarn.

Gauge:
