Needle Felting Mat (Small)

This brush-like mat enables smooth punching with little resistance, and allows the fibers of the applique to become well meshed with the basic fabric. 2 3/4" x 3 1/2".

The bristle length provides the ideal hardness and density for punching. (The needles should not touch the base.)
